Generics

Do you sell generic drugs and are the generic drugs that you sell safe?
Yes we do,and yes all of the generic drugs that we sell have been properly examined to be equivalent to their associated brand name products. Our generics are just as safe and effective as any you would find any where else.

What are generic drugs?
In countries such as India Generic Drugs are available sooner then other countries such as the US and Europe. Thanks to the internet you now have access to generics you will not find at your local pharmacy.

When a drug company first invents a drug (eg. Prozac) that company is the only one allowed to make that drug for a certain number of years (approximately 10 years in the US). After this time period, other companies are allowed to make the same drug. These drugs are called generics. The original drug (eg. Prozac) is called a brand name drug. Brand name drugs and their generics are IDENTICAL in terms of active ingredients. The generic pills may look different (because they are made by a different company) but inside is exactly the same active ingredient which works in exactly the same way. The only difference between brand name drugs and generic drugs is that generics are always less expensive.
Why do the pills I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?
Firstly, if you are used to Brand Name pills and you have ordered a Generic from us, the pills we send you WILL LOOK DIFFERENT. Generics do not look the same as the Brand Name products, even though they have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT and work in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. In addition, the same Brand Name pill may look slightly different than the one you are used to, some pills may have different shapes as well as different colors, but all will have the same ingredients and will provide the same benefits. When comparing different Generics, they WILL GENERALLY LOOK DIFFERENT if they are made by 2 different companies.

How much do you charge for shipping?
The shipping fees is $12.50 per order and your order wil arrive in approximately 3 weeks.

Where do you ship your medications from?
All medications are shipped from pharmacies in India and Europe..

Problems

What if I have a shipping problem with my order?
If you have any problems with your order (for example, if you are missing something, or you received the wrong product or custom / border issues) please us with your name, order number and a description of the problem. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

What if I need a refund?
For information on refunds, please contact us. Be sure to include your name, order number and a description of the problem and we'll get back to you with further details.

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will order it from our supplier. If the item is not available from the supplier we will contact you and let you know asap. If we cannot get the item in a timely manner, you have the option to wait, or to cancel your order. We do not charge any Credit Card until the item ordered is available to ship.
